Kirsty & Jack: dream weekend wedding in Tuscany

When Kirsty and Jack first reached out, they already had Tuscany in mind a dream destination with so many possibilities. To help them, I organized a site visit of four venues that matched both their vision and their budget. After returning home, we worked together on their shortlist and began building the perfect plan.
Their first choice seemed ideal at first, but with new ownership came a sudden change in pricing, which no longer aligned with their goals. So, we turned our attention to their second option, and it turned out to be the perfect match. The views, the atmosphere, the food, and the value were exactly what they had been dreaming of.
Once the venue was secured, we began designing the rest of the weekend: hand-picking trusted suppliers, curating every detail, and adding activities that reflected who they are as a couple. It was a joy to see everything come together so seamlessly.

The bond we built along the way was so strong that Kirsty and Jack asked me to be their celebrant. Even after planning more than 100 weddings, I still get emotional when standing beside my couples in such a meaningful role. Controlling my tears that day wasn’t easy, but it was such an honor to guide them through one of the most important moments of their lives.
This is why I do what I do: turning visions into unforgettable memories, and creating connections that last far beyond the wedding day. ✨

What can we say… Cristina was an absolute blessing!

At first, we thought we could plan our wedding ourselves. If it had been in the UK, maybe we could have managed. But Italy is different — new rules, unexpected laws, and of course, the language barrier. It didn’t take long to realize we needed help. That’s when Cristina came into our lives, and everything changed. With her experience, calm but confident approach, and amazing negotiating skills, she instantly put us at ease. We knew from the start that we weren’t just in good hands… we were in GREAT hands.

For 18 months, Cristina was by our side. Nothing was ever too much trouble. She explored every idea with us, always making sure our vision was front and center. She became such an important part of our journey that when it came to our big day, we wanted her there not only as our planner — but as our officiant. She took the time to truly get to know us, and the personalized speech she wrote was so moving and special. We’ll never forget it.

The trust we had in her was complete, and she delivered beyond anything we could have hoped for. The details, the coordination, the atmosphere — everything was seamless, joyful, and stress-free. Our guests still say it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to!
