Emma & Shane came to us after doing so much on their own: they had already found and booked the venue, chosen most of their suppliers, and laid the foundations for their dream. Only then did they realize how overwhelming it could be to coordinate and check every detail from contracts and cash flow to last-minute questions and decisions. What they truly needed was one trusted partner to hold all the threads together.

They discovered us almost by chance, through another wedding we had planned at the very same venue (lucky indeed, since we so rarely post our work!). We don’t always accept weddings that begin this way, but there was something about Emma and Shane’s warmth, their timing, and, let’s be honest, the kind recommendation from the venue team, who know us well, that made it impossible to say no.

At Italian Allegria, we don’t just create “luxury weddings.” Our heart lies in gifting couples the magic of beautiful memories, moments that feel timeless and unique. And when I first met Emma, Shane, and Emma’s wonderful mum Rosie, I knew this was one of those stories I wanted to be part of.

What followed was an intimate, rustic wedding infused with the true spirit of Tuscany. A celebration of love, family, and authenticity. And as if the land itself wanted to bless them, during a woodland hike they stumbled upon two truffles, a rare and precious gift. That evening, their guests savored an unexpected gourmet surprise, and joy filled every corner of the table.
