As a luxury destination wedding planning company operating on Lake Garda and across Italy, we have the privilege of collaborating both directly with couples and, as in this case, alongside international wedding planners.
Our role is to become a silent yet essential presence behind the scenes, sharing our local knowledge, guiding every logistical detail and supporting creative decisions with care, precision and experience.
For this celebration, the wedding planner had already selected part of the creative team.
For the remaining suppliers, she entrusted us with sourcing the finest local professionals, including a bespoke floral designer and an artisanal pizza truck, ensuring authenticity and excellence at every touchpoint.
The couple’s two beloved French bulldogs were an integral part of their story, and we are designing their gentle inclusion into the celebration with sensitivity and respect, ensuring their comfort, safety and emotional wellbeing throughout the day.
Together, we are crafting a complete culinary journey, from the welcome gathering to the wedding-day aperitivo, all the way through to the dinner and late-night celebration, curating menus that reflect both the couple’s tastes and the essence of Lake Garda.
