Three-Day Destination Wedding in Cefalù, Sicily

When Michelle first called me, she was excited, she had found what she thought was her dream location. But very quickly, she realized communication with the venue was extremely difficult (and not only because of the language barrier!). That’s when she asked me to step in as their Destination Wedding Planner.
After confirming the venue would allow an external planner, I jumped on board. My very first step was to visit the location in person. Unfortunately, I had to share some hard truths with the bride: the glossy website photos didn’t quite match reality, and the staff’s attitude wasn’t as professional as one would hope.

But this is exactly where Italian Allegria makes the difference. Our role is to take away the stress behind the scenes so couples can simply live the magic. It wasn’t easy, but we negotiated fair prices, sourced the right vendors to match the couple’s vision, and in the end, we pulled off three unforgettable days in Cefalù.
We managed every guest’s arrival, even renting golf carts to escort them to their hotels in the historic center. From a seaside welcome cocktail, to a breathtaking wedding celebration, to a farewell beach party that lasted until sunrise, it was 3 days of pure magic.
And the best part? Knowing that every guest will carry a piece of Cefalù in their hearts forever.
