A magical wedding in Positano
Sofia and Brian did not want to marry in their countries (Finland and Ireland) because they wanted to avoid the presence of too many work colleagues. They thought “why don’t we marry in Italy?”: they wanted a wedding with few guests, relatives and close friends.
Therefore, they turned to Italian Allegria to plan for the perfect marriage, the most important day of their lives.
Our wedding planners offered them an exceptional solution: a one-week long holiday in a beautiful villa in Positano. A luxurious villa available to the couple and all their guests in one of the most beautiful seaside resorts in Italy.
The spouses left to us every detail of the planning and in the end it has been an unforgettable celebration, with all the guests very happy for the treatment received. Firstly, we found a villa large enough to accommodate all the guests, and then we sent the invitations prepared for the occasion, adding also the option of booking airline tickets for those who wanted it.
We all the guests to name five songs that they thought to be linked to the spouses, and we also asked for some photos of the two.
On the evening of the arrival, we organized a pizza party with a local “pizzaiolo”, a pizza chef who made any kind of pizza recipe on demand; all the while we were projecting the spouses photos on the villa wall.
On the eve of the wedding we brought the staff of a hairdresser who made dyes, haircuts and massages to all the women present. Meanwhile, the men visited a “limoncello” factory, a well-known and tasty local liqueur obtained from the alcohol infusion of lemon peels: we bet they definitely had some fun!
On the wedding morning, we offered make up for all women and barber for men. Then came the big and magical moment: at the entrance we played The Power of Love by Frankie goes to Hollywood and when the spouses exit Another one Bites the Dust by Queen. Both the spouses and the guests were euphoric and so much happy and enjoyed a fantastic lunch while all the songs suggested by the guests played in the background.
The guests spent a wonderful entire week in a luxurious villa in Positano, a place where ancient Romans loved to go to enjoy the sea. Positano is set on the rocks above the sea, and among its main attractions is the romantic Sentiero degli Innamorati (the Lovers Path) and, in the nearby village of Nocelle, the Panorama degli Dei, a place with a breath taking panorama over the whole gulf and the Amalfi coast.
We have a great and long tradition as wedding planner and we can organize for you any detail of your marriage: from the place of the celebration to the right restaurant for lunch to a romantic boat ride, a toast in some ancient palace or mansion, a good bye party in a villa by the lake, even some firework and, why not, even a great Italian honeymoon.
The only limit is your imagination: Italian Allegria will follow your dream and make them come true to give life to a truly unforgettable and luxurious wedding.
