Looking for last minute ideas for Easter table decorations?
Let yourself be inspired by Italian Allegria
If you’re having guests over for Easter, wow them with some bright and cheerful Easter decorations. Below you will find some helpful advice on to create easy Easter decorations, which will make your Easter table festive.
Here some easy but effective advice to Dress up your Easter table
First of all, define a colour palette. Generally, delicate pastel colours combined with raw fabrics are preferred. However also a white or dove grey table cloth could have a great impact, with runners decorated with red or mint green touches, theme embroideries or recurrent patterns, completed by table settings in white porcelain. Remember, no Easter would be complete without a bit of green colour on the table: … green colour cheers up and is a spring and growth symbol. Don’t forget some flower bulbs or tulips to give light and warmth to your celebration!
Second step: select decor elements. Hens or bunnies, provided they are ceramics, to be randomly placed on the table; the Easter tree as a centrepiece, completed with few cut branches of peach, olive or almond tree in bloom, well placed in a vase and decorated with little eggs of various dimensions; there are different types: wooden, plastic, raffia, and ceramics eggs… I love them!
Last but not least, decide on your perfect and traditional menu including hen or quail eggs! Prepare the decorations in advance, especially the setting of the table!
